The "P" stands for Pam, the "J" stands for Joan, and the name of our bakery was born!
Joan is Pam's mom. They have been cooking and baking together since Pam was a small child. Joan is the Inn's Pastry Chef! We are also very fortunate to have our daughter Stefanie and daugher-in-law Jennifer on staff as our Sous Chefs!
